I’m not sure when I heard those words or who said them, but the idea seared itself into my mind and changed the way I observe the world. This collection ranges from NCAA football games to friends' bands playing in local dives under the glow of beer-branded lights, and slices of the world captured on the film camera I take with me everywhere.
